It is never as bad as you think it will be

Well, I did it. I got over my fear and went to a new gym that is very intense. I was so Beach-HIIT-Workoutsfearful that I would look dumb, not know what to do and not be able to complete the workout. However, it was not as bad as I thought it would be.

So many times, we build things up in our minds about uncertain situations. We think that things are going to be much harder or scarier than they actually are. The truth is that everything is what you make it.

You have to decide how you feel about a situation and how you plan to attack it. If you can go into new experiences with an open mind and just go for it, your fear will melt away, and it will be fine. However, if you let the fear control you, you will likely never even try.

Remember that your mind can play tricks on you in an effort to protect you. But, if you can see past those tricks and let determination be your guide, you will survive. Because it is never as bad as you think it will be.
